For the duration of this programme students are housed with Spanish families. The families are carefully selected and regularly inspected. Three meals a day (full-board) is provided (a lunch is provided for excursion days) and a washing is done once a week. Students share bedrooms (2 to a room), and sometimes, but not always the families have children of their own. Families live 10-20 minutes on foot from the school and the idea is that students are welcomed and treated as members of the family. Accommodation and food are key to the success of the study abroad experience, something the school is well aware of, and as a result pay great attention.
